Each one saves against booking the same services separately, or spreads a bigger job across the month.

  • The Humidity Reset

    $495

    • Humidity smoothing treatment, shoulder length or shorter
    • Precision cut and dry check with a senior stylist

    Best for A first-time smoothing client heading into a Brisbane summer who wants the cut shaped around the new behaviour. Saves about $50 against booking the three services separately

  • Colour Care Club

    $89 / mo

    • A gloss and toner refresh every eight weeks
    • A bond and moisture treatment with every visit
    • Ten per cent off retail
    • Priority booking on Thursday evenings and Saturdays
    • No deposit required on club bookings

    Best for Lightened or toned hair that needs regular upkeep, spread across the month instead of hitting in one bill

  • Six Week Standard

    $195

    • Precision cut and dry check with a senior stylist
    • Wash, scalp massage and conditioning
    • Bond and moisture treatment
    • Blow-dry and finish
    • Next appointment booked before you leave

    Best for Anyone on a regular six week cycle who wants the treatment built in rather than added at the counter. The same booking made piece by piece is $200

  • Wedding Morning

    $240

    • Bridal trial with photos from every angle
    • Written plan kept on file
    • Styling on the day at the salon
    • Spare pins and a thirty second fix

    Best for A bride who wants the morning to be calm and predictable. Covers the trial and the day itself, which is $320 booked separately; the rest of the party is quoted per head

How payment works

The deposit, plainly

A $50 deposit applies to any booking over 90 minutes and to every colour or smoothing service. It comes straight off your bill and is paid when you book, online or over the phone. Cuts and blow-dries on their own do not need one.

We need 48 hours to move or cancel an appointment. Inside 48 hours the deposit is kept, and a no-show is charged at 50 per cent of the booked service before another booking is taken. A four hour colour slot cannot be refilled on the morning, which is the entire reason the policy exists.

  • Seven day adjustment: if the cut or the tone is not sitting right within seven days, we book you back in at no charge.
  • The price is agreed before the cape goes on, and anything over $200 is put in writing before we mix.
  • A free two week tension check after every humidity smoothing treatment.
  • If we think a service will not hold on your hair, we will say so and suggest something cheaper instead.
