How to start

Every new client starts at the consultation, free and about fifteen minutes, whether the booking ends up being a $65 blow-dry or a $580 smoothing treatment. If a service will not hold on your hair we say so there, not after you have paid for it.

Seven day adjustment: if the cut or the tone is not sitting right within seven days, we book you back in at no charge.
The price is agreed before the cape goes on, and anything over $200 is put in writing before we mix.
A free two week tension check after every humidity smoothing treatment.
If we think a service will not hold on your hair, we will say so and suggest something cheaper instead.
